Up for auction is a vintage Dell OptiPlex GXi Windows 98 Second Edition
(with DOS boots) computer
optimally configured for
Windows or DOS retro gaming or for hosting legacy applications, industrial, CNC, equipment control, etc.
It also makes a great vintage gamer for Windows 95 and DOS games!  PC
features an Intel Pentium 200MHz
CPU and 96MB RAM.  This unit is built like a tank and mo

his PC has a COM/Serial port (9-Pins), an LPT/Parallel port, two USB 1.1 ports (with updated USB drivers to support larger flash drives), and three SCSI ports (1 external, 2 internal).
A clean install of Windows 98 Second Edition has been
completed, along with
DirectX 9 and other updates all on an 8.0GB hard drive.  Two exclusive
DOS boots have been configured on the desktop which reboot the PC into Win98's Real Mode DOS with CDROM, mouse, and sound support; One delivers 621K of XMS support and the other 611K of XMS support along with 32MB of EMS support. P
C also has a 3.5" floppy drive and
a new CD-RW drive.
Auction includes a Restore CD!  A new CMOS battery is installed.

My PCs are
well packed
, fully insured, and ship via ground service with tracking info always provided so you know when your PC is going to arrive.
When I charge flat-rate for shipping, I do refund overages (minus my reasonable packaging costs) back to my buyers via PayPal.
If the cost to ship the PC is more than what I charge, I eat those costs.  If it is less, then I refund the
difference
...can't be any more fair than that as
I do not seek to make money on S/H.
Quoted shipping applies to U.S. Lower 48 street addresses only - no P.O. Boxes.   I will ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but shipping will be substantially higher - you must contact me for a quote.  International shipping via eBay's Global Shipping Program - I have nothing to do with those costs or terms of service.  I need a destination telephone number for U.S. shipping - please provide it during check-out or via eBay message.  I accept PayPal only.
I do not typically accept returns as this is a vintage PC.  However, I will be happy to work with you if you have issues (does not include buyers remorse or specific game compatibility).  PC is otherwise, as the case with vintage electronics, sold as-is.  My feedback speaks for itself.
